For the pesto, you need:
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of pine nuts
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp high-quality full-spectrum CBD oil
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
For the chicken and pasta, you need:
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 diced fresh tomatoes
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flake
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
How to Make the Dish:

Blend all pesto ingredients until smooth, let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add pasta. Set aside. In another saucepan, add olive oil and sauté the (cubed) chicken breast. Once the chicken is done, add the spices. Toss the pasta into the saucepan, add the pesto, fresh parsley, and diced tomato. Finish with a squirt of lemon, fresh parmesan, and salt.
